Shipping policy

 

Orders
All orders will follow the production time of 10 working days. They will then be shipped within 48/72 hours.
All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Generally orders placed before 3.00 pm, will be processed the following day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

For cost reasons (postage, customs) we only deliver to Europe, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 

Shipping fees
Expenses differ by area.

• Shipments are free throughout the national territory.
• In Europe and Switzerland + Liechtestein they will be 14 EUR for a cost of less than 250 €, in addition they will be free.

 

Delivery date
The products are delivered via the local mail service. National delivery is estimated in 1-4 working days, from Monday to Friday. For abroad a courier service will be used. The customer will be sent an email to dispatch the goods.
